Natasha Black is the Operations Manager of Civil Apprenticeships and Careers Ltd (CACL), a not-for-profit Group Training Organisation supporting apprentices and employers across South Australia’s civil construction industry.
Natasha became a member of the Board in 2025.
With over 15 years of experience in vocational education, employment services and workforce development, Natasha brings a practical, outcomes-focused approach to managing apprenticeship pathways and industry partnerships. She holds a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training and Certificate IV qualifications in Frontline Management, Business, and Business Administration.
Natasha is passionate about creating safe, supported and meaningful career opportunities for young people and ensuring employers have access to skilled, site-ready workers. She is proud to contribute to the work of AEN SA and values the opportunity to support collaboration, advocacy and continuous improvement across the GTO network.
