Maxima is a national, not-for-profit organisation delivering recruitment, labour hire and apprenticeship and traineeship employment services.

Established in 1985 to meet the workforce recruitment needs of local government, we continue to connect both government and private employers with high-quality candidates in permanent, temporary, contract, apprenticeship and traineeship roles.

We also offer targeted programs in First Nations employment and promote disability employment to support the development of inclusive, capable, and community-connected workforces.

As a generalist GTO, Maxima offers dedicated expertise in both field/industrial and office/professional placements, with a long history of providing employers with capable and dedicated employees to meet their business requirements.
