Industry Connect is designed to support employers seeking to engage an individual or individuals into their organisation through either an apprenticeship or traineeship to meet their organisational skilled labour needs but don’t want to employ them directly.
Industry Connect allows employers to register their interest based on their specific needs and then connects them directly with a suitable AEN SA GTO member who can support their skilled labour requirements.
The selected AEN SA member will then contact the employer directly to discuss the process of engaging an apprentice or trainee in line with their needs.
GTOs can support interested organisations through a variety options incorporating requirements relating to apprentice year levels, experience, geographic location and industry sector.
