Civil Apprenticeships and Careers Ltd (CACL)

Civil Apprenticeships and Careers Ltd (CACL) is a South Australian not-for-profit Group Training Organisation (GTO) established in 2019 to support the civil construction industry.

As the state’s first dedicated civil construction GTO, CACL employs apprentices, placing them with host employers to provide hands-on experience while ensuring continuity of employment and high-quality training. CACL offers nationally accredited Certificate III qualifications across various civil construction streams, including plant operations, pipe laying, road construction and maintenance, and general. Supported by the Civil Contractors Federation SA, CACL focuses on building a skilled workforce for South Australia’s infrastructure projects.
