Established in 1986, Skillinvest is a not-for-profit organisation with decades of experience delivering high-quality employment, education and training services across a wide range of industries.

We are committed to supporting individuals and businesses through tailored workforce solutions that meet evolving industry needs. Skillinvest provides apprenticeships and traineeships under the group training model, helping jobseekers gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting employers with reliable, skilled staff. We work closely with small and large businesses, government agencies, statutory authorities, not-for-profits, and multinational companies to deliver flexible and effective workforce strategies.

Our services span the full employment lifecycle, from recruitment services to training and ongoing support. We assist employers in upskilling their existing workforce and offer career pathways for jobseekers at all stages.

To address skills shortages, we deliver nationally recognised education and training programs, including vocational courses for full-time and part-time students, apprentices, trainees, and secondary school students through the VET Delivered to Secondary Students (VDSS) program.
