Brick & Block Career

Brick and Block Careers represents clay brick and concrete masonry manufacturers and was created to address the critical shortage of skilled bricklayers. We are an Australian not-for-profit charitable organisation. Our main goal is to help young Australians build a career in the building and construction industry, starting with an apprenticeship in bricklaying.

Our Mission 

We aim to fulfil career aspirations of young Australians and job seekers, by providing employment opportunities in brick and blocklaying.

Our Support Services (Free of charge)

We are the trusted partner for recruitment and selection of brick and blocklaying apprentices.

Throughout the term of the apprenticeship, we maintain contact with both employers and their apprentices to provide assistance and support.

Financial Support  

We offer Brickstart Subsidy ($3,000) to eligible employers, in addition to any Federal and State Government Support.
