FCIA

The Floor Covering Institute of Australia (FCIA) is dedicated to strengthening the flooring industry by addressing critical skill shortages, attracting new talent, and supporting industry members.

FCIA delivers nationally recognised training through its Training Academy and partners with manufacturers to provide practical, on-site learning for apprentices. It actively promotes flooring careers through school career days and structured work experience programs to inspire the next generation. In addition to training, FCIA collaborates with members to tackle broader industry challenges, including workforce development and business support. Its mission is to build a skilled, sustainable, and respected flooring industry across Australia.

FCIA is a national organisation running training in NSW, ACT, SA, TAS, with the head office based in Victoria.
