Matt brings over 20 years of experience in the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector, holding senior leadership and board roles across South Australia’s leading Group Training Organisations (GTOs) and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). He is a tertiary qualified results-driven leader with a strong sales acumen, known for building high-performing teams, forming strategic partnerships, and delivering impactful outcomes within the apprenticeship and traineeship sector.

Throughout his career, Matt has worked across multiple membership-based organisations, driving growth, sustainability, and positive change. His deep knowledge of the sector, coupled with his passion for supporting apprentices and trainees, has made him a trusted expert and advocate.
